Impeccably clean and romantic place, has great views over the town. The hotel's location is beautiful and the staff are very careful and exceptionally nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed it, didn't feel like leaving, would be happy to recommend. Breakfast was wonderful, splendid views, unbeatable location just off the fancy restaurant. The staff was attentive and hospitable, the room was brand-new. The roof top bar was a plus.

Everything there were beautiful, including very good facilities. The breakfast offered a huge variety of excellent meals. The venue was in a very central location close enough to restaurants as well as the medina of Essaouira. It also was around a lovely palm tree garden.

The breakfast was delicious and wonderful and the parking was outside. Beautifully designed units with modern conveniences, a fireplace and a double bed, and the staff were accommodating.

The venue was 1st class, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the location was stunning next to the medina, parking and beach, the beach, port and ramparts, and the major restaurants. Overall it was nicely furnished and brand-new with modern conveniences. Everything was very good, including delightful room decor.

The hotel was gorgeous, and impeccably clean, and the location was marvellous epecially on the roof poolside area. The breakfast was delicious and amazing with fruit, pancakes made to order and pancakes, and also the staff were all creative! Location: the venue was so close to the major restaurants and bars, the Medina for lunch and a lovely palm tree garden.

The room was large and stylish, provided us with all the amenities to the gem of a spa, a double bed plus separate shower.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the value for money was outstanding. I couldn't believe the prices for such a beautiful hotel. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable. From the charming decor to the lovely palm tree garden surrounding the hotel, every aspect was thoughtfully designed. And thirdly, the staff were exceptional. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and were always ready to assist with any request. From the basic amenities in the rooms to the gem of a spa with a fireplace, everything was just perfect. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast, which was a great way to start the day.

Location

Very average service from all the staff. Quality of the rooms were not up to standard as advertised and by their room rate charges. For example there was no air conditioning in the rooms they had to bring in a fan for us. They advertised our room would have a balcony - it was in actually a chair & small table out in the corridor. The mini bar fridge was broken in our room. It took 3 days to get it fixed.

Not the room near street with noises not hammam with noies too not this hold house not the prices where breakfeast is included but you pay 25 euros for the baby this not the best place in Essaouira diner excellent butr for a plate the same price for a baby without entrance and desser....... Forget this place

We had a delightful stay at this lovely hotel in need of some TLC. The courtyard was charming and the staff made us feel well looked after throughout our stay. The highlight was the outstanding service provided by the staff - they were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food and drinks were of excellent quality, from the welcome nibbles to the terrace lunch. The location was also great, with easy access to the beach and the town. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this Relais property.
